GET
/api/v1/compliance/nist-ai-rmf/statement-of-applicabilityList or retrieve persisted NIST AI RMF SoA snapshots
Returns persisted SoAs for an org (newest first). Pass ?version=X to retrieve a single version. Empty array if soa_snapshots table missing.

Send Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY on every request. Generate API keys at /dashboard/api-keys.
